This hydraulic tilting melting furnace USES electromagnetic induction technology. The medium frequency power supply is used to complete the circuit, which mainly rectifies the 50Hz alternating current into dc. The direct current flows through the induction coil in the furnace, which makes the heated metal inside heat rapidly under the electromagnetic action. The power cabinet adopts a double rectifier circuit, dynamic equalization of voltage, with phase shortage, over-voltage, over-current, low water pressure and artificial misoperation protection, current limit, pressure limit, balance, stable function, good frequency sweep start performance. It has the advantages of obvious energy-saving effect, very stable performance, easy maintenance, small harmonic interference, strong overload capacity, and low maintenance cost. The furnace body is welded with high-quality steel with a hydraulic dumping device. Strong and durable, to meet the continuous production needs. The liquid metal can be completely emptied.
