It is suitable for matching with high frequency, medium frequency induction power supply.The CNC hardening machine adopts liquid spray cooling method and can meet the general hardening requirements of the manufacture or heat treatment shop.The CNC scanner is servo mechanical drive and automatic quenching process.It is mainly used for metal hardening, but can be also used for annealing or welding heating process, with manual and automatic function, simple operation and easy to handle.
Set hardening program parameter, like heating time, cooling time, rotate time, cooling capcacity etc, to get different hardeness and depth layer when parts drawing changed.

1: Welding and Door frame structure, special design for heavier hardening part
2: Spindle design, ensure the accuracy and load requirements of workpiece rotation. The rotation adopts frequency conversion speed control, which can be manually adjusted or set through the numerical control screen, equipped with position chuck, which can easily clamp workpieces with the largest diameter.
3: Variable frequency speed regulating motor to rotate the quenching part, protect the motor from wet environment
4: The quenching transformer moves through the linear guide rail, and its movement is controlled by the servo motor driven by the lead screw.
5: It can accurately realize the speed change of preheating, heating and heat preservation, and the heating process is set and implemented by the numerical control program to maximize the overall quenching quality of the workpiece

7: The CNC system does not require travel switches and time relays. The loading and unloading positions, heating positions, cooling positions and heating distances are all accurately positioned by servo motors. Quenching time, lifting speed, rotation speed, etc. can be directly input and controlled from the CNC panel.
8: More than 60 quenching programs can be stored for users to call at any time. It is especially suitable for complex process requirements such as multi-stage, variable speed and many types of workpieces.
